1. Use method, maintenance and replacement time of stainless steel vacuum pump filter element in order to ensure product quality and maintain the safe operation of production equipment, the replacement of pump filter element shall be completed in detail step by step. Production operators shall record and supervise the replacement process. After receiving the production order to replace the pump filter element, first confirm that the system stops running, prepare a suitable spare filter element, check whether the filter element specification, material, size, O-ring material, model and other data are normal, and prepare disassembly tools, collection barrels, rags and other tools.
2. Clean the pump filter element housing, empty the periphery of the filter and leave the operation area. Wear protective equipment. Disconnect the filter that needs to be replaced from the system. Slowly open the exhaust port on the top of the filter to release the pressure, pay attention to the safety in the process, prevent material or liquid splashing, empty the material in the filter, open the filter cover with tools, take out the filter element, pack the filter element in plastic bags for scrapping, clean the inside of the filter with cleaning tools and cloth, and install a new filter element.
3. Open the plastic bag at the open end of the filter element of the stainless steel vacuum pump, check whether the O-ring is intact and in place, and install the material by flowing in from the outside of the filter element and flowing out from the inside of the filter element; Wet the O-ring and the socket of the filter element base with a suitable wetting agent, hold the end of the filter element close to the O-ring, insert the socket of the filter element completely vertically into the socket of the filter element base, insert the pump filter element, remove the filter element packaging bag, then install the metal cover and tighten the filter with tools; Close the discharge port of the filter, open the vent valve on the top of the housing, slightly open the inlet valve, let the material enter the housing until the liquid overflows from the vent valve on the top of the housing, and then close the vent valve. Pay attention to check whether there is leakage at the disassembly position, and slowly open the filter outlet valve until it is fully opened. Indicates that the replacement has been completed.
4. Pay special attention when replacing the filter element of vacuum pump: prevent pressure impact and prohibit reverse pressurization. When the pressure drop between upstream and downstream of the filter is greater than 0.3 MPa or the flow decreases significantly, the pump filter element shall be considered to be replaced. When installing the filter element, pay attention to the installation direction of the filter element, from the outside to the inside.
